Electronic services for the port community
E-Services is Portel's technological platform for services based on electronic information exchange using different message formats. The platform is flexible and configured according to the operational requirements of each service.
The system communicates with the National Single Window and enables information exchange with authorities such as Customs, Maritime Captaincy, National Police, Civil Guard and Foreign Health. Since 1998, Portel has also supported dangerous-goods single-window services for maritime traffic.
